Relinquished, and all other ritual monsters, and other special-summon-only monsters, must have been special summoned properly (in this case, via ritual summon) before they can reborn. So, for example, if Relinquished was discarded because of Card Destruction, then you cannot reborn it.

If you Ritual Summon a Ritual Monster using "Contract with the Abyss", it is considered properly Summoned, so you can use "Monster Reborn" on it afterwards.

What about Premature Burial or Call of the Haunted? That was the original question. For advanced decks Monster Reborn is banned so we don't use it.

Yes, you can use both of those as well, provided the Ritual Monster was properly summoned to begin with.

Monster Reborn, Premature Burial and Call of the Haunted are all the same case: they check whether the monster was properly summoned earlier.
So yes: Premature and Call will revive it.

What DaGuy posted is the official ruling for Contract with Abyss. And Monster Reborn is still used in Traditional Forma, which is why all the cards on the banned list still have posted rulings. The Monster Reborn refrence here shows that it would aplly to any effect that attempts to Special Summon a monster from the Graveyard.
