What happens if you have, in your hand, 2 copy's of Reload and 4 other cards.

You activate Reload, and you Chain with the other Reload.

I don't think this will work but it was just a thought:

You shuffle the remaining 4 cards in the deck and draw 4 cards for the first Reload and 4 cards for the second reload, because the effects of shuffling into the deck and drawing are separate effects (that's what Netrep says in the ruling of Reload vs. Protector of the Sanctuary).
 
When the first Reload resolves, you put your hand in your deck, shuffle, and then draw 4 cards.

When the second Reload resolves, you put your hand in your deck (the 4 cards you just drew), shuffle, and then draw 4 cards.

They are seperate effects. But they will both have to resolve before the next effect on the chain. Protector of the Sanctuary just prevents a portion of that effect.
