when my opp plays reinforcements of the army, when do i respond?? do they have to say what they r going to get, then i respond OR do i respond when reinforcments of the army is played??

if the answer is after my opp. tells me what card he is going to get, what if he doesn't know?? does he/she get to look at his deck first and then i respond after he chooses??

when i say "respond," i mean using something to stop reinforcments like magic jammer.

Ah you know its not about rubbing it in. I wouldnt mind someone clarifying a statement I made as long as it keeps someone from quoting me at a Tournament and the information is "technically" incorrect.

You could assume that everyone knows that Marauding Captain can special summon a Level 4 or below Monster, and that it can basically be ANY Level 4 or below, but without that stamp specifically saying it, someone will further assume that it can ONLY be a Warrior, like with Freed the Matchless General.

So just to head off anyone who just might think otherwise, its easier to qualify the statement by saying that while you dont have to search for a specific card, it must be a Level 4 or below Warrior-type Monster.

It would resolve without effect as it does not have to have a target to activate. Your opponent would then be allowed to search your deck to make sure you are right, so be carefull.
