Negate the activation and effects of all Flip Effect monsters' effects.
"¢ This card can be chained to the activation of a Flip Effect from a Flip Summon to negate the Flip Effect. It cannot be activated during the Damage Step, so if a Flip Effect Monster is flipped face-up when attacked you cannot chain "Royal Command" to negate its Flip Effect.
"¢ If "Royal Command" is active on the field both players may still Flip Summon monsters, but any Flip Effects are negated.

Wow, this card has seen some teching as of late, due to the abuse of Magician of Faith, etc. with Tsukuyomi, and just overall abuse.
This card stops all monsters Flip Effects, and can also be chaining to the Flip Summon of a Flip Effect monster and negate the effect, unlike Ceasefire. Also, it's Continuous, so it works as long as it lasts, but being continuous, and a Trap, that won't be too long.
Overall: 2.75/5 Too many visions of bad draws of this card.
