One of the 2 best searchers in the whole game. If he's on the field and goes to the graveyard by whatever, you get to find any monster with an ATK of 1500 or less. He was a must in most decks, essential for an Exodia deck, and needed when you absolutely must get a certain card to your hand. Plus, for those of you who like fusions, he's 1 half of "Sanwitch"! Totally Unbeatable! In my opinion, he's also one of the cards that probably has the best chance for coming off the banned list. Here's hoping for the little Critter.

Sangan kicks ass.

Sangan really has a place in so many decks and combos.

ah sangan... you just gotta love this little critter. i mean, the three eyes thing is really cool, you gotta admit... (both witch and sangan have 3 eyes and hair all over their, um, "heads")

but really, sangan was a great card... whyd the have to go and ban him? well, that i dont know, but when he and witch come back (i hope), they HAVE to limit or semi limit emissaries... (3 emissaries of the afterlife + witch + sangan = instant exodia) (ouch) (uber pwn)

If this thing comes off the ban list, the game is going to get annoying as searching for that pesky DD Warrior Lady just got easier, plus it has the chaos fodder option

Just as a side note, they were banned because the chaos decks and similar got their winning cards in matter of a turn or two, also they have the strongest search abilities its ANY 1500 ATK or 1500 DEF monster to the hand, which gives to many advantages and the combos possible with them are countless and all of them are sick!

The idea of "searching" for "any monster of 1500 ATK value or less" makes this card too "powerful".

Theres no restriction to this card. No certain type, no cost, easy to play, only a rare, and you place the monster card in your hand. PoWeRfUL!! AwEsOmE

It should stay banned, in my oppinion. >.<
