Okay, first question: Sangan goes from field to the graveyard where he is nailed by D.D. Crow. Do you still get his effect or not?

And second: When you have two Six Samurai monsters and one is attacked and destroyed by battle by Ryu Kokki and your controler of Six Samurais use the substitude effect of Six Samurai to destroy the second one, does the firts one get's destroyed by Ryu Kokkis effect?

Thanks in advance :)

Yes on both accounts.

Sangan needs only be sent to the Graveyard to get it's effect. It does not need to stay there for it's effect to resolve.

On a related note, you must specify how it was sent to this end: If it was sent durring damage calculations (destroyed in battle), you cannot even chain D. D. Crow's effect.

As for Ryu Kokki, The Six Sammurai that sent another to the Graveyard by its effect did so to stave off being destroyed by battle, yes? Then Ryu Kokki's effect kicks in to destroy that same The six Samurai, since it is still on the field. Therefore, unless you have another The six Samurai to destroy in its place (again) it will be destroyed by Ryu Kokki's effect.

Firstly, all apart from the Grandmaster can redirect their destruction, either through Battle or by card effect.
As Ryu Kokki automatically destroys the Warrior at the end of the Damage Step, if the Monster is Grandmaster of the Six Samurai, it is destroyed by opponents effect, so it can revive itself or another six samurai from the grave.
As for the other six samurai, it will still destroy them with battle and its effect. As you can redirect the destruction to another the originally battled Samurai will stay.
Ryu Kokki effect is Mandatory regardless if it wins or loses the Battle with Spellcasters and Warriors.
Hope that answers the question?
