Are Sheep Tokens that are put in play by "Scapegoat" considered to be special summoned?

Now that the queston above has been answered, I would like to ask about this chain with Scapegoat:
Player A has a face-up Spirit Reaper on the field.
Player B activates Fissure.
Player A chains with Scapegoat to save Spirit Reaper.
Player B has Torrential Tribute. But Scapegoat is not the Last Link of the Chain.
Could Player B Activate Torrential Tribute after the entire Chain has resolved, even if the tokens were not Special summoned in the last link?

No -- the last thing to occur was a Scapegoat Token being destroyed by Fissure, not a monster being summoned.
