Scorpions - Assemble!

I like the build, except for a few nitpikcy things. Triple Smashings seems a bit excessive, what with your ability to abuse discard costs. Maybe a Lightning Vortex, Tribute to The Doomed (/notjoking) or Raigeki Break over one of them. I really like the Decree in here, maybe another one would do some good. Also, I think maybe a Command Knight or A. Forces would let the Scorps stand up to more punishment than they would normally. And i hate Cyber Jar. Hate hate hate hate hate hate it, I say. Especially in a deck that tries to whittle down their hand (Don does that OH so well). Congrats on third!

Forces were in there but I took them out for the second ROTA. I can not really find the room to put them in. I would deffinantly put in Vortex if I could get my hands on one of those as well. Hmm I might do the Tribute to The Doomed idea, god knows that's been one of my favorite cards forever and it'd be classic to bring it back. Hook me up with a Vortex? :p

Ok... I was thinking.. how about upping the count to 42 cards... Add 1 more Royal Decree ( as previously suggested) and I agree, Cyber Jar MAY be counter productive in here.. but in my opinion so would something like Morphing Jar..... but what about Morphing Jar #2 I think that would be a good fit in here, ...

and if you are going to replace the Cyber Jar, may as well do it with 2 MJ #2s... run 42 cards, and just disrupt them to their last card....

I also agree.. maybe drop a smashing for Lightning Vortex

I am trying to get another Decree so I can run it in there, as for upping the deck count that is not something I am going to do. I do not like taking my decks over 40. I know it sounds weird but every single one of my decks have been 40 and I just feel uncomfortable running for than that. Maybe 41, just maybe but that'd be my limit. Command Knights...hmm i'll see if I can get some and try them out. You're right about the Cyber Jar it never even came to me when running it or it came late game so it is useless to me.

I dont know if you can fit it in, but what do you think of Gravekeeper's Servant with this deck.... They will definitely be thinking twice before attacking especially mid-late game when they have already seen a few of their more precious cards getting sent to the grave.

I don't like Chick that much so he was cut from the deck I might side deck him though, I don't know.

I request that you change the title of this topic. This is not a Dark Scorpion deck, it is a warrior deck that happens to have a little bit of scorpion in it, which they often do. Please either make this a true Dark Scorpion deck, or edit your title.

I can make my title whatever I want and that is the title of my deck and the title of my topic and it will stay like that. If you dislike it that bad, don't look at it. This is a place for feedback and suggestions, not criticism of someone's title of their topic and deck structure. I have nothing against you don't get me wrong.

*Not getting you wrong* Ok. It's not that I dislike your title, just that the purpose of titles is to give readers an idea of what they are about to read. And, no offense, but your title gave me the completely wrong idea about what I was going to read.

Uh, it runs every Dark Scorpion except Chick the Yellow....so, yes, it's a Dark Scorp deck. It's just he's tweeked it to make it very competative.

Dark Scorpion Combination I thought of but I really dislike it a lot and it just does not provide enough support. Mustering I would think about putting another in but i'm not quite sure. Because Meanae provides plenty enough recursion of just the one mustering on her own.

Right, I understand. But the thing is, if you use Menae, Mustering, and Combination, you will gain so much advantage, it will be worth the loss. I understand it is situational, but once all 5 monsters get their effects, the opponent will suffer tremendously.
