skill drain and sand moth

hey, skill drain is active on the field. I set sand moth. My opp. plays dark hole. Does sand moth return to the field with his effect?

Yes. "Sand Moth"s effect activates in the Graveyard, so "Skill Drain" can't stop it. Also, click the card name above to view all of the rulings for "Sand Moth"....
