Skill Drain and Zombrya the Dark

if Skill Drain is played while Zombrya the Dark's ATK is at 1700 (as a result of destroying 2 monsters), does Zombrya's ATK go back to 2100, or does it stay at 1700 until Skill Drain is removed regardless of how many monsters Zombrya destroys?

Are cards like mystic tomatoe, shinning angel..etc effected by skill drains effect when they are destroyed in battle. Is it Like a Field Ha Des, because I know if Ha Des Destroys a Mystic Tomatoe it doesnt get its effect.

No, Skill Drain only stops effects "on the field". So Witch, or Elemental Searchers still activate in the grave. Also Skill Drain doesn't stop you from activating a "cost effect" so Cannon Soldier can tribute itself and resolve. Or if you want to be truly evil activate Chaos Emperor then chain with Interdimensional Matter Transporter and clear everything but your Dragon.
