Does Royal Command negate Slate Warrior's second effect?

Since it doesn't require Slate Warrior to be flipped, that would make the second effect not a Flip Effect. So, would Royal Command still negate it?

Royal Command "negates the activation and effect of all Flip Effect monsters' effects." It doesn't say "negate the Flip Effects of Flip Effect monsters," which may make it able to negate the second effect of Slate Warrior.

Good, cause i looked everywhere and couldn't find anything that gave me a clear answer. I assumed it wouldn't be, but nothing Official (or semi-official) to back it up.

Though from the ruling mentioned earlier regarding Banisher of the Light Vs. Slate Warrior you can still get Slate Warrior's effect if The End of Anubis is on the field if Slate Warrior gets removed from play instead of sent to the graveyard after a monster destroys him.
