Snatch Steal - Initial Target Face-Down?

Hello

I know the ruling about Snatch and Book of Moon but...

Can my Snatch Steal target my opponent's face-down monster, like you can with Change of Heart? The card text just says 'Take control of a monster on your opponent's side of the field...'

If I can do this, then am I compelled to flip the monster when it gets to my side of the field or can I leave it face-down?

If I leave it face-down, what is the difference here than with the Book of Moon scenario where Snatch Steal is destroyed if the equipped monster is turned face-down?

equip spell cards can only be used on face up monsters, no matter what is the text on the equip spell card.
you know the ruling of snatch ? try to know the rules of the game :D (just kiddin' :) )

Snatch Steal on face-down monster

Yeh. I felt like a bit of a drip after I posted my question and heard the first answer.

Of course, that is the game-play rule for Equip Spells. One black mark for me. Sigh. I was looking too deep for an answer and forgot the basics.
