sweeeeeeet....kings' knight, queen's knight, and jack's knight...my friends dreams of completing his Yami yugi deck are about to come true....

Actually, in terms of the Dark Realm monsters, depending on how they rule how their effects kick in (as of now, they don't appear to be optional), they could be quite nasty. Imagine discarding your hand by Card Destruction, drawing the new cards AND getting half of the cards you discarded special summoned to the field (situation being you play this your first turn). If the effects are as stated, they have a chance to become a major contender.

But, then again, I may be misinterpreting their effects (seems like they would work like Night Assailant and would work even if the discard is not the last step).

the dark peeps are dope, you can actaully see competative decks made with them.

actaully i was thinking on doing that my self.

You should be able to declare instant victory when summoning VWXYZ Dragon Alphabet whatever cannon, because your opponet doesnt deserve to win if you somehow manage to get it out.

lol, that card should just say, when you summon this monster, you win the round. lol

that would be worth playing and going through the madness
thinkg about its a 5 monster fusion that isnt that big.

its at vwxyz, so there is still

abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz The Beggining and The end.

lol!

basically your whole deck is based on poping that out.

ABC The Beggning + DEF Something Something + GHI Something else + JKL Getting Closer + MNO almost there +PQR not quite there + ST Super Machine+ UVW Mega Cannon + XYZ Dragon Cannon

This card cannot be summoned unless you remove from play.

ABCDEF + GHIJKL +MONPQR + STUVWXYZ

lol

thats funny.

Except for the fact that you can't have six monsters on the field.
Could IMT the fusion you already have so as to summon a duplicate of it, you'd have to wait 'til the end phase to have 2 on the field at the same time but could be funny.

If you do that and tie up all 5 spaces, the monster you IMT-ed would be destroyed when it tried to return.
No but the idea is to remove the newly summoned monsters from play again so as to summon another VWXYZ, then in the end phase the first one will return and you'll have 2. It's not something I'd ever try, just replying to the posts of others.

Dark Necrofear + some old school tech + the Dark Realm monsters = one happy me :D

That, and once I get Wildman and Edgeman, that will make one sweet Elemental Hero deck with all the new Fusions.

Mazera DeVille[/ycard]]I think Konami really need to look at the older cards before making new ones. The new cards have effects which are nice and have potential, but they just can't replace the current staples. Just seems to be heading all one way monsters difficult to summon and easy to destroy plus effects that are just plain too difficult to stop and have little or not cost to them. I think something they need to do is help single type decks far more, the rewards all seem to be in decks with no costs and no combos and literally broken effects.
I've always said this, effects that destroy cards should have a cost, cards like Smashing Ground, Nobleman of Crossout (which has a slight drawback but not much), Sakuretsu Armor, Bottomless Trap Hole, Ring of Destruction and Mirror Force are simply too powerful. But thats me.

With the exception of the last 2, the other ones you mentioned are pretty even card economy, they are one for ones and can be avoided as well as require more skill timing wise; as opposed to ring's chainablity and Mirror Force just breaks games too often resulting in more than just one for one.

What UDE needs to do is either stop printing normal monster cards, because really, who uses those nowadays, even Skill Drain uses GAF/Giant Orc/EliteGAF... or provide tournament worthy support that allows Normal Monsters to stand alone in a deck without getting pummeled by a BLS :\

Anyways thats my mini rant about this topic.

Normal monster cards aren't used? They'll be supported.

Oh, and did you know that UDE doesn't choose the cards that it prints?
