A lot of questions:

After Cyberjar activation...

if i get among the 5 cards:

"mystic swordman lv4... can i summon it in attack mode ???
"rock spirit" can i summon it at once taking off one earth monster from the graveyard ???

Bazoo increase its attack taking off only monsters or also spells and traps ??

Can i recall from the graveyard Horus lv6 with premature burial or monster reborn ??

Cyber Jar and get Swordsman LV4: Yes you can summon it in attack position, it's a special summon, not a normal summon.

Rock Spirit: I presume you mean you got this from Cyber Jar as well, you would have to wait until your next main phase (if Cyber Jar was activated during either battle phase) or wait until Cyber Jar was fully resolved (if during your main phase you flipped it).  But you can only remove an Earth monster to summon Rock Spirit during your main phase 1 or 2.

Bazoo: Only monsters, it's an errata on the card.

Horus: Yes you can bring back Horus LV 6 with Premature and Monster Reborn since when they target Horus to special summon, Horus is in the graveyard and it's effect is not present on the field.

Just to be clear...

If Cyber Jar was activated during the battle phase, then you would not be able to remove monsters for Bazoo until your main phase 2, if you wanted to. You cannot activate Bazoo's effect in the battle phase.

If Cyber Jar was activated during your main phase 1, then you can use Bazoo's effect...
