Soul Exchange + Enemy Controller

Team Ignition
May I use their monster as a tribute for my Enemy Controller and then take another one of their monsters with the Enemy Controller's effect?

Example.

Player A Activates Soul Exchange. No response from Player B.
Player A Activates Enemy Controller, targetting one of Player B's monsters as a tribute and then targetting another to take.

Im guessing for monsters that have two tributes I must tribute one of their monsters and one of mine?
If you only activate 1 "Soul Exchange", then yes, you will need to have a monster on your side of the field as well.

I have one question concerning Soul Exchange, can you still tribute a monster through an effect even if a card text states, "on your side of the field" ?

Soul Exchange
Select 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. When you offer your monster as a Tribute, offer the selected monster in place of 1 of your monsters. During this turn, you cannot conduct your Battle Phase.

Mystik Wok
Offer 1 monster on your side of the field as a Tribute. Select the ATK or DEF of the Tributed monster, and increase your Life Points by the same amount.

Pretty much. Near as I an tell for "Soul Exchange" it sets a state and the effect doesn't stack so if you need a 2 or 3 tribute item, at most 1 can come from the opponent's side of the field. You could though activate 1, tribute 1 monster, then activate another and tribute another though (say for your "Cannon Soldier")

Last ruling on "Mystik Wok":

"You can Tribute face-down monsters, or your opponent's monster using "Soul Exchange"."

I can see the ruling, I just like to see the mechanics behind it.

Technically, it isn't "on your side of the field", is it?

The don't stack? So you're saying I can't activate 2 "Soul Exchange"s and bring out a double tribute monster by using my opponent's monsters instead?

I'm still satisfying the qualifications for "Soul Exchange". I'm offering a monster as tribute (2 of them) for a Tribute Summon.

Yes you may tribute monsters even when it says you must tribute one of your own.

When you activate Soul Exchange, do you need a monster on the field to use it's tribute effect because it says "When you offer your monster as a Tribute..."

I just don't seem to get through.

I'm going to check on the Judge's List maybe, they might have something for me.

Now this begs the question, can I use the same Soul Exchange twice, example:

Player A activates Soul Exchange, no response from player B.
Player A tributes for Mobius the Frost Monarch, using one of the opponent's monsters as a tribute.
Player A activates Metamorphosis tributing Player B's Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys, using Soul Exchange's effect.

Is this legal or would this require multiple Soul Exchanges?
"Select 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field." You choose the monster at activation. When you attempt to offer one of your monsters as a tribute Soul Exchange redirects you to the selected monster. That's it. You don't get to do it again as the effect has now come to completion.
