Speed Exodia

-1 Mystical Space Typhoon (I don't think 1 Mystical Space Typhoon and 1 Heavy Storm are enough, and if you add Dust Tornado it will slow your deck down).
-1 Magic Cylinder (you want to win with with Exodia so I wouldn't use Magic Cylinder but Draining Shield so you will survive longer).
-1 Snatch Steal (not very usefull I think when playing Exodia it will probably destroyed in 1 or 2 turn and then your opponent got a strong monster back).
-1 Premature Burial (Only thing I can think of you using this is for maybe Sangan, if you bring back a Flip-Effect monster and then flip it down with Tsukuyomi it will take to long and your opponent will destroy that monster in his turn).
-1 Dark Mimic LV3 (The chance that he'll be destroyed in battle is little, like the chance you'll summons it with Dark Mimic LV1).

+1 Card Destruction (to bring a lot cards in the graveyard and then bring back Exodia in your deck and with your draw power you'll draw it fast).
+1 Scapegoat (monsters to defend you)
+1 Night Assailant (with luck you can discard it for Graceful Charity/Monster Reincarnation, and in battle you maybe can destroy 1 opponents monster that didn't attack and you'll defend your Life Points then).
+2 Apprentice Magician (to get Magician of Faith and return back then, Pot of Avarice/Graceful Charity/Dark Factory of Mass Production).

If you don't want to run Nobleman of Crossout, you can run Chain Disappearance. When they flip summon their Dekoichi or Skelengel, you can activate Chain Disapperance to make them lose all of theirs. You can also do that to your monsters and your opponent still loses all of theirs.
well that is a good idea it won't work on dekoichi cuz the monster has to be 1000 atk and under, also instead of Waboku u could run Threatening Roar which works just as good if not better

First off, what kind of exodia deck are you trying to work with? Its either:

Defensive Exodia
Draw Exodia
Recycle Exodia
Heart Exodia
Necross Exodia
Stall Exodia
Offensive Exodia

Or any mix of two different themed exodia decks but it isnt recommended since it will lose its main focus of pulling out exodia.

you should have 2 Upstart Goblins, 1 level limit area-b, and 2 Gravity Binds.

also, you should consider using merchants, a 3rd dark factory, and maybe even Backup Soldier.

If you wanna protect your monsters from nobleman, use My Body as a Shield.

take out Heavy Storm, mst, Nobleman of Crossout, and all other cards that say "i care about what my opponent has on the field" and don't say "I wanna stay alive long enough to get exodia"

Good, but I dont recommend putting too many Dark Factory of Mass Produtions. I think 1 or 2 is enough. I dont think he needs Backup Soldier since he has Pot of Avarice in this deck but it all depends how he runs it. Also, I dont recommend taking out Heavy Storm nor Mystical Space Typhoon out since there are some decks out there that may have annoying traps or even continous or field spell cards. In the long run, it depends what kind of Exodia deck hes trying to work with.

If you need to get back pieces of exodia the simple Monster Reincarnation and/or CotH/Premature Burial + Compulsory Evactuation Device/Penguin Soldier works wonders

I'm saying you can use Magical Merchant in conjunction with mass factory to give you an instant win

It is a nice card to use in conjunction with mass factory or Backup Soldier, but think about it. Where is your defense power? How will you defend your life points if you toss almost more than half your deck away unless you have a sure way of getting them back. Also be sure to note that there are some decks out there that will play with spell negation cards. Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell would really kill this deck. Also now that Nobleman of Crossout is semi limited and Magician of Faiths to bring them right back, it will eat away at the Magical Merchants or any hope you may need with flip effect monsters.

Monster Reincarnation should only be used to bring back the head if it is ever in the graveyard. To bring back the other pieces use Dark Factory or back soldier. If all else fails, have a trump card ready. Use Pot of Avarice so that you wont have any hope of getting the pieces back. Premature + Compulsory + Penguin doesnt work that well. Think about it, Penguin needs to be set face down in order for it to flip it during your next turn. That gives your opponent to get rid of it with an attacking monster, or even worse, a nobleman. Its not that great of a combo. 90% of the time, your opponent will have something to ruin it from working.
