+Treeborn Frog x1 (u need this for ur tributes, "Hand of Nephtys", "Magical Dimension", etc)
+Kykoo the Ghost Destroyer x2 (u need Spellcasters on the field for "Magical Dimension")
+Scapegoats x1 (for defense and u can use them for "Magical Dimension")
+Last Will x1 (with 3 Tribute monsters, "Hand of Nephtys", "Exiled Force" x2, "Enemy Controller" x2, "Ring of Destruction", "Magical Dimension", "Torrential Tribute" would be easy to pull it.)
+Enemy Controller x2 (These r awesome in this meta, plus "Frog" + "Enemy Controller" = 2 monsters for "DMoC")

+Ceasefire x1 (This protect ur "Apprentice Magician", "Sangan", "Treeborn Frog", "Spirit Reaper",from "Nobleman of Crossut" )
 
yeah. Ring of D. is a good support for SPoN. Especially if your foe activate BTH against your giant chicken.
 
...ur opponent not always have a set "BTH", plus he can have from the first time u summon ur phoenix, so the chance for "SPoN" to be romoved from game are still the same."RoD" + "SPoN" is an extra "Heavy Storm" and if it is gone by a "BTH" u still have ur opponents field wide open for a direct attack...
