Strike ninja's effect is spell speed 2
so im wondering if
player A raigeki breaks player B's Strike ninja
player B responds by using strike ninja's effect

at this point strike ninja should be safe

then what happens if

player A ring of destructions it

can player B remove more monsters to chain to ring of destruction?

Yes, they can. Provided, of course, they have enough Dark monsters in the graveyard to do so.

[edit] Also provided it's not during the Damage Step of a Battle Phase.

Just remember, my effect is a Multi-Trigger Spell Speed 2 effect.

This does not mean I can chain myself to an effect that is Spell Speed 3, or known as Counter Trap cards.
