Stupid Relinquished question...

Heh, this is probably really dumb... but can I normal summon Relinquished? His card text doesn't say he has to be summoned by the Black Illusion Ritual Card.... d'oh!

Although it doesn't state it in it's text, Relinquished is still a Ritual card and can only be summoned by ritual summoning spell cards like Black Illusion Ritual. It cannot be normal summoned without the ritual spell card to summon it. Nice thought though.

If Relinquished (or any other Ritual monster for that matter) is properly Ritual Summoned and then later sent to the Graveyard, it can be revived with Premature Burial, Call of the Haunted, etc. Only when it ends up in the Graveyard without being properly summoned first would you not be able to revive it (though you could still return it to your hand if such an effect can be used).
