Chain Link 1: The token
Chain Link 2: Book of Moon

Later he flipped Breaker the Magical Warrior and thought he would get a token. Later he attacked I player Last Turn (Jowgen on the field) and won :)
 
You mean, he thought he could get a counter for Flip Summoning Breaker? I can see where he would be mislead. But no, a Flip Summon doesn't trigger Breaker's effect

Yes he thought that because he thought a flip summons = normal summon
