DARK/Bird - Synchro/8/2800/2000
"Black Feather" Tuner + 2 or more Non-Tuner monster


i am forced to offer 2 non tuner monsters or i can offer just one non turner that complete the necessary level (8) like this

gale (tuner level 3 ) + sirocco ( non tuner level 5) = 8

please let me know

The card text is pretty specific on how many non-tuners you need to properly synch summon him. It has to be 2 or more and not just one. road Warrior is the same way.
