This could be old news, but it's new to me. The next set after Force Of The Breaker is TACTICAL EVOLUTION.

- Each Ultra Rare card can also be obtained as an Ultimate Rare.
-The Second-Time Summon: A new kind of summon that is treated as a Normal Summon. It counts towards your turn's Normal Summon. Tributes are not needed for Level 5+ monsters.


Hopefully someone can better explain the "second-time summon" in the near future. The site doesn't have a complete listing yet, but time will fix that. I'm just hoping there's something I'd want to put in my deck.

The "second-time summon" feature seems to be a case of:

You use up your Normal Summon/Set for the turn to give the Dual-type monsters their effect.

So you can Special summon one of those monsters, and then "re-summon" them by sacrificing your Normal Summon, to give those monsters their effect, for example, or wait till your next turn to use your NS, or utilise that Spell Card that coming out.

Interesting mechanic, we'll see how worthy all of those Dual monsters are, so far I've only seen one or two that could have a somewhat decent effect.
