I hate to put a damper on things, but I would suggest a re-think on the whole "organised team" theme.
Lets face it- we are a bunch of people spread world wide who just share some similar ideas- we really can't/shouldn't act like we are a regular team. The best we can do is to share ideas and offer friendly constructive criticism, and occaisionally bump into each other at events.
As such, I would consider us more of a collective, i.e. a disparate group of people who share a collective ideal, or adherence to a manifesto, regardless of the precise natures/viewpoints of the individuals.
Some examples: the black flag of anarchists, the jolly roger of pirates, the red flag of socialism, the dogme 95 tradition of movie making.
In our case, what this would amount to is a manifesto (e.g. be original, help others be original), and those that subscribe to the manifesto would be entitled to wear the T-shirt (in this case designed by one of us, then offered open license to print/get printed ourselves). At events, we would proselytize our manifesto, through word and deed (i.e. telling others why we are running original decks as well as actually running them), whilst wearing the common t-shirt so that we may be recognised.
I just didnt want this to get too organised and unwieldy, before breaking apart into schism based on what precise definition of originality/anti-CC we follow. The message is too important for that!
