"You can return your opponent's own monster that is sent to the Graveyard by this monster as a result of battle to the top of his/her deck"

Ok here is my question on these two cards. If both of these cards are face up on your side of the field and you attack with MKoJ to destroy and sent an opponents monster to the Graveyard, CAN you use MKoJ effect to send that monster card sent to the Graveyard back to the top of your opponents deck despite EoA effect?

I have found nothing on the Netrepâ„¢'s online files against this. I would just like to know if you can or not. At least can somebody clairify this for it would be most welcome.

As for the answer you gave me I am still a little confused. Does 'Yes' mean that MKoJ can send the card it just destoryed in battle and sent to the Graveyard to the top of the opponent's deck even though EoA is still on the field?

since youre on the topic of Mystical Knight of Jackal, i have a combo u could use if thats wat ur tryin to do. u take 3 each of Mystical Knight of Jackals and 3 Parasite Paracide. wen he draws parasite p. he has to summon he loses 1000 lp. so u attack it with the jackal and send it to the top of his deck, next draw phase same thing another 1000 lp gone. the reason for 3 of each is to improve your chances.

You see, in that situation, Mystical Knight of Jackal's effect would not trigger. The monster it destroys must be owned by the opponent to activate.
