It works okay but it's a bit Magic heavy and that can bog me down somewhat.

made it 42 cards so you dont draw into many doubles

the chirons help you with the excess spells

lvl2 could be substituted with sasuke samurai, however lvl2 has 900 atk and is fun to beat down opponents with.

2 sakuretsu's are just defense if you dont pull the decrees but if you draw them, when you have decree down, the snipe hunters can toss what you dont need.


the warriors help you speed through what you need

Horus is hard to play now. Especially since Exiled Force is 3x. That card kills Horus. (And Snipe Hunter)

drzero7 is correct u should play a couple of "My Body As A Shield" just in case, I see u have Dragons in your deck and a Horus Deck doesn´t need Dragons LOL, take out those dragons and add monsters that support the theme of the deck
