I was wondering if someone could tell me when these to cards are being released, and if they are, where I could find them.
Crush card virus
Magical Stone Excavation

Also could you explain what e-hero airman's effect is?
Thank you

Read my card ruling on E-Hero Airman. And yeah, since that also got released, like 1~2 days ago as Shounen Jump Promo (It's now called Elemental Hero Stratos)

So we're defiantely gunna see those 3 cards in 1x per deck list.

Crush Card Virus is the current Shonen Jump Championship prize card. (It's also a common in the upcoming SD12 Structure Deck, but nobody knows if the UDE territories will be getting that deck or not)

Magical Stone Excavation is the Ultra Rare from the Champion Pack: Game 2 series.

Magical Stone Excavation is available now as the Ultra Rare in the Championship Pack 2. Crush Card Virus is available as Ultra Rare Shonen Jump prize card, but is rumored to be in the DARK structure deck that we won't likely have until the late part of this year, or even next year. Elemental Hero Stratus will be available in the next issue of Shonen Jump magazine, which should be available in the first part of March.

for those of you that needed to know (this is from spike and baron's as well)

E-Hero Airman (VJMP-JP017)/Elemental Hero Stratos

Effect:
When this card is successfully Summon or Special Summon, you can choose one of the following effects and activate it.
- You can destroy number of Magic/Trap cards on the field equal to number of monsters with [Hero] in its name except this card on your field.
- Choose a monster with [Hero] in its name from your deck and add it to your hand.
