I have no idea what the state of the game it nowadays (not that I ever really knew about it), but I like that "Judgment Dragon" is no longer banned. Now they need to change the rules that say you can only forfeit during your own turn, and it'll actually be usable.

I also see cards like "Chaos Sorcerer", "Honest", "Breaker the Magical Warrior", "Destiny Draw", "Raiza the Storm Monarch" and so forth being available, which I was given to understand were powerful cards.

I'm not quite so sure why "Fissure" was ever touched (perhaps because it doesn't target?).

I've been out of the competitive world awhile myself, but the list looked pretty good until I seen the list of "unlimited" cards. A couple of these cards look like they could cause a major problem down the road if the list is real.

I think your thinking of "Victory Dragon".

I can almost agree with this list. Crush Card being banned? It's been in Japan and limited to on for ages. Why ban it now? And DD Warrior Lady unlimited? Dont know if thats a good idea. But banning Dark Strike Fighter and limited Rescue Cat and Summoner Monk is a fine idea.

I find this list odd, but a lot of the changes expected just not all at once and the oddest part of the list I find is the banning of Card Of Safe Return. That aside the list does mess up my Glad Beast deck.
