I've never tried an Exodia deck before, but I think I'm off to a good start with this one. Little help?

Reload looks more like a liability to me than a help... if you had Exodia pieces in your hand, you wouldn't be able to use Reload effectively. Toon Table of Contents would probably be better, as they can be used for deck thinning.

If you are going up against any of the removal decks out there, you are so screwed! At least side deck some protection: Burial from a Different Dimension or Miracle Dig. Just a thought....
 
This is going to look REALLY silly....but what is DP series? I don't think I've ever seen them in my area...reffering to Card Tropper's pack origin.
 
By series do you mean what set, John? DP = Duelist Packs. The new ones are Jaden 2 (DP03), and Aster Phoenix (DP05).

As far as fixes, yeah I guess a side deck would be necessary lol. And I like the fix Peps suggested, so consider it done. Ordinarily I'd like to string a Toon monster on the end of it, but this will work just fine.
 
Thanks Jathro....I haven't purchased any of the Jaden 2 yet, no wonder the cards looked new to me! I'll have to pick some up.
 
Thanks for explaining this, I've seen some cards I didn't recognize in several posts the last few days but didn't want to ask. As for the deck; are you concerned about not having enough grunts while you build Exodia?
 
I'm considering the following:

-3x Nimble Momonga
+1x Toon Cannon Soldier
+2x Reckless Greed / Accumulated Fortune

Any thoughts?
 
Hmm...If I had to choose anything, I'd consider you putting a Morphing Jar in there, and maybe a Backup Soldier. Just suggestions. Also, don't you need some S/T destruction? A MST wouldn't hurt. Hope this helps!
