Thpusand eyes restrict vs. Horus lv.6

I was told bye a judge that you can't use thousand eyes restricts effect on Horus Lv.6 because it says Horus is unaffected by magic but, Horus is being turned into a magic not being effected by one. I would like an admin to answer this or a judge.

Nothing has changed. You can suck up Horus LV6 and you can't suck up Horus LV4.

And Jinzo still has no effect whilst "sucked" :rolleyes
