Torrential Tribute/Bottomless Trap Hole

Hey, did we ever settle the discussion of a Double Pass Response to a Summon?

I know at one time we were theorizing that even though the Turn Player passes his priority to the opponent upon a summon, and the opponent has no response, that the last thing to have occured was still a summon, so the timing was still out there for activation of response effects like Torrential Tribute (to which I don't fully agree), I don't recall if we got anywhere with that.

If both players pass on the Summon Response, then the timing is indeed gone. Cards like "Torrential Tribute" or "Bottomless Trap Hole" can no longer be activated.
