Treeborn Frog Deck

I guess it can kind of splash into any deck since you don't have to use it's effect that turn. When you have no hand or something it will come back if there isn't a magic or trap. But since I manage my hand pretty well I don't think it suits me.

It is one thing to use a good card, it is another to splash it in a Deck that it does not need to be. Treeborn Frog only is good only because it gives Tribute more playability and since everyone and their mother is running Mobius the Frost Monarch that is why it rose up quickly. You basically a monster without doing much work in the process.

Its not cuase the Frog is "That" good, no were near it, its becuase it got abused so much in triplicate outside its deck.

Yeah and what did it get abused with? Dandylion and Mobius the Frost Monarch. Restricting it takes away one of the aspects of the Frog Deck. That would be like banning Cyber Dragon. You take away the entire point of the Deck. Abyss Soldier went back because we have no Sinister Serpent to continue using its effect, although even that logic is screwy. What about Salvage? Cards based on Theme Decks unless otherwise should not be restricted or semi unless they are wraith of god broken or overpowered.
 
Wrath of God is not broken lol, only white mana can use it and not jst white mana its double white mana.

yes its 4CC but still its a sorcery. lol

and your right its the whole reason that the card was never used for what it was ment for instead it was used as a token and eventually was what restricted to 1.
 
I actually hope for at least 1 Ban List Konami teaches those people that just stuff Cyber Dragon x2-3 in their Decks a lession and restrict to 1. That would teach them not to splash a card that should not have been getting as much as it is in other Decks.
 
treeborn at one is okay, but i would have liked to power up my d3s frog a bit more with 3 trreborns in the boneyard

i use treeborn in my frog deck, mostly to use as a trib for mobius or Des Frog. also good to dump from my hand when i use abys soldiers effect

it is a splashable card, but i for one wont be using it every deck
