Trojan Blast vs Creature Swap

Say both players have 2 monsters and my foe activate Creature Swap, by this ruling

- "Trojan Blast" is not a targeting effect. Select the monster when "Trojan Blast" resolves.

I select whatever monster I want to give, and then activate Trojan Blast TO Creature Swap to destroy whatever I chose to give. Then Creature Swap effect doesn't do anything since I didn't gave any of my monsters. (And thus I also don't get any of my foe's monster)

I hope I'm right on this. This question would be more simple if I only have 1 monster, but just in case this happens.

I don't know the exact text on Trojan Blast but I would say no.
You don't select the monster until Creature swap is resolving. At that time you can't activate any effects. You would have to chain it or wait until Creature swap resolves and activate it.

You must wait until Creature Swap resolves and changes control of your monster, before you can activate Trojan Blast. You cannot chain Trojan Blast to Creature Swap.

Okay, so that means. Creature Swap resolves, meaning I get one of my foe's monster, and then my foe gets one of their monster, and THEN the monster I gave to my foe gets destroyed. That means overall, I gained a monster while my foe didn't. Is that right? Wow, that's a bit more powerful then I thought.

Creature Swap activates.
Creature Swap resolves, and monsters are switched.
You activate Trojan Blast.
Trojan Blast resolves, and the monster you own and which is now being controlled by your opponent (because of Creature Swap) is destroyed, damage is taken.

Only when activating Trojan Blast. Trojan Blast itself can be any Chain Link of a Chain created immediately after the resolution of Creature Swap.
