Is Spiritualism a valid target for Magic Jammer, Goblin Out Of The Frying Pan, etc.?

Player A activates Spiritualism, targetting an unimportant card.
Player B passes.
Player A chains Magic Jammer, discarding Ojamagic.
Both players pass.

So, Player A gets the Ojamas and bounces the card?


Player A activates Spiritualism, targetting an unimportant card.
Player B passes.
Player A chains Goblin Out Of The Frying Pan.
Both Players Pass.

Spiritualism gets returned to the hand, and then resolves.

Since its effect and activation (or vice versa) cannot be negated, you cannot legally activate a card like Magic Jammer, whose effect is to negate.

Un;ess of course, your activtaing a blanket negation effect, like Imperial Order. Magic Jammer on the other hand is specifically targeting the card its trying to negate, therfore you cannot activate. Imperial Order, on the other hand, blankets the field and, while still doing nothing to Spiritulism, can still be chained to its effect.
