TYPE zero magic crusher

Yes, you can do that.

But remember upon first activation of Type Zero Magic Crusher, you cannot reactivate the card until it has resolved. The after it has resolved, you can discard for Type Zero Magic Crusher, let that chain resolve, then have Forced Requisition activated after the chain has resolved.

meaning flip it and discard at that point. I must give my opponent the chance to chain. if no chain then I can discard. correct?

Your going to have to let the chain resolve first, bevfoe you can start chaining Typ Zero Magic Crusher in the same "chain Block"

This is similar to Ultimate Offering, remember when you first activate it, you cannot reactivate it during the "same chain block" as it has not resolved yet.

that is what I said If my opponent does not have a response the card resolves. at that time I can discard. for the effect. the card resolves as soon as both my opponent and I say we are not chaining.

I was referring to this:

However, you can activate Ultimate Offering's effect twice in the same chain, just as 2 different chain blocks.

The effect of a face-up Forced Requisition doesn't use the chain. The opponent discards when you do.
