i checked upper deck and they've apparently completely disconnected with Yu-Gi-Oh. same with Yu-Gi-Oh they've completely separated it seems. like literally i have these two anniversary edition Yu-Gi-Oh packs one has upper deck on the back the other doesnt. im happy about this only because upper deck disappointed me with they're betrayal (i really hate them for that). and yet im worried about if this is gonna affect yugioh at all wether its prices or distribution or (and hopefully) if it wont affect it at all. any thoughts on the subject??

Yes, in fact I see you found the initial article we posted on the subject late last year. If you check some of the more recent articles in that section, you'll find some of the announcements related to the split between the two and how they both keep pointing the finger at the other for being wrong.
