Ultimate Tyranno

The Syndicate...
Just wondering if it can attack normally outside of its required "attack all monsters" effect.
It doesnt say "you cannot attack directly" like Asura Priest.
Just curious.

If you have attacked a monster(s) with Tyranno you cannot attack directly, though if your opponent has no monsters you still get your normal attack.

The effect of Ultimate Tyranno primarily prevents you from attacking with another monster first to clear your opponent's monster field and then attacking directly with Ultimate Tyranno. Obviously, if your opponent has no monsters, you can have Ultimate Tyranno attack directly.

So which is it?

Both. Because both are saying the same thing. Ultimate Tyranno cannot attack once it's cleared the field of monsters. And it's built in effect prevents you from attacking with a different monster before Tyranno.

Another question

With Ultimate Tyranno's effect whichs states, "this card CAN and MUST attack all monsters on opponent's side of field..," Will effect cards that prevent attack still work against him? a.k.a. Gravity Bind, Swords of Revealing Light, etc.? Or does it simply refer to his ability to only attack all opponent's monsters?

The wording kinda threw me off a bit, and I can not find how this works through Netrepâ„¢, konami, etc.
