It was in the Marik Structure Deck, apparently. In Japan, of course. It's not out in English (yet).

I'd like to think we're getting it soon enough. Whenever they tease us with cards in the games we don't have yet, we ususally end up getting them shortly afterwards. (coughE-HeroAirmancough).

Many people argue about Heavy Storm and its banning, and I'm for keeping it for the time being, but if this card would be available in the TCG my opinion would probably change.
