I would take out Royal Decree, unless you truly plan to rely on it in the games ahead. It is a good card best run in 2's and your other traps reduced. But in truth, if you get out Lord of D or King Dragun, you won't have to worry as much since your dragon monsters are protected from targetted effects. I guess the only trap card that would really concern you could be Torrential Tribute in which case I think Seven Tools of the Bandit might be useful.

Another card that would is Last Will. As you have a large number of tributes and hopefully enough monsters to tribute, why not bring out Lord of D as well for protection when you tribute summon a monster like Horus? Maybe a Level Up in place of Re-Fusion so that you can get to Horus LVL 8 quicker.

I agree with you for Royal , but my problem is that I use Brain Control and Premature and Re-Fusion , that you pay life points for all of these , and I have also 2 Solemn that also really damage my life points , and sometimes I do not have enough to play my spell cards.

I do not like Last Will , and Lord of D. 's purpose in my deck is to die so that I can use Dragon's Mirror to bring out King Dragun to protect my Dragons.

What about using both Morphing and Cyber Jar , what do you think about that ?

Whatever you prefer in terms of play. Both refresh the hand and Morphin Jar helps to get Lord of D and Divine Dragon in the graveyard to use Dragon's Mirror. If that works I would say go for that. The reason I suggested Last Will is that if you tribute summoned one of your monsters, you could protect it with Lord of D, nothing worse than running smack into Sakuretsu Armor after sacrificing a monster.

I am currently thinking of a slightly different version of my deck. Since I use Re-Fusion, Premature and Brain Control , maybe reduce my traps , add another Royal Decree , remove both Solemn that almost destroy every time my life poits , and add My Body as a Shield for protection of my monsters against Dark Hole and Lightning Vortex. Or keep it as it is and maybe remove Brain Control for another card with no life points cost.

There are a few things I will contribute my 2 cents for:
Take out Book of Moon, Solemn Judgment and Waboku and replace with Stamping Destruction, Burst Breath and Sakuretsu Armor.
Burst Breath and Divine Dragon Ragnarok can wipe out a swarm of opposition and get the Dragon in the grave for your Dragon's Mirror Combo.
Return from the Different Dimension may be useful with Dragon's Mirror.

Morphing and Cyber Jars don't really work with the theme, but are effective cards. Use a Dragon Searcher Masked Dragon to get out the Dargons you need like Divine Dragon Ragnarok, it is better than Shining Angel in that it does't specify attack position when summoned to field, check it out. So you can take out Shining Angel, the more dragon's you have the more opportunity to use Burst Breath and Stamping Destruction.
Also get rid of Spirit Reaper, another card that is good but doesn't fit the theme, take him out and add more Masked Dragons. Lastly a Pot of Avarice can help this deck especially if you want to get those Masked Dragons back.

Take out Magician of Faith and add another Stamping Destruction if you haven't got 3 already.
If you have Horus then The Graveyard in the Fourth Dimension might help as well

I am also thinking if I use Masked Dragons to use also the trap called something like Fire Art that allows you to sacrifice one fire and do damage. Something like :

- Flute of summoning Dragons
- BEWD
- Shinning Angel
- Spirit Reaper

+ 3 Masked Dragon ( fire , speed )
+ Tyrrant Dragon ( Fire monster instead of BEWD )
+ 2 Art of Fire ( I do not remember the correct name , but it allows you to sacrifice a fire monster to do the attack of this monster damage to the opponents life points )

I do not know , will it work ?

I have changed a little bit the lineup . I tried it in the Pharao tour yesterday and I did a 5/3 . The thing is that when Horus 8 with King Dragun is on the field , and maybe a Solemn or a Royal Decree , it is all over. The times i lost it was mainly because my deck was not fast enough to bring out King Dragun , for example if my opponent played a Nobleman on my Cyber Jar and I had not a good hand then I would lose easily. I added the Reload during the tournament and it got quite better ( I thought in the beggining Card Destruction but because of the Dark World decks I went with Reload ).

Any other sugestions of how to bring King Dragun faster on the field ?

Increase your number of Lord of D. to 3 and extra Flute of Summoning Dragon, I use 3 Luster Dragons.
Using Fire Art is fine but you don't get the effect of Masked Dragons as they have to be destroyed in Combat.
Last Will may help.
Waboku is better suited in your side deck, IMO, go with Sakuretsu Armor or Magic Cylinder.

You could increase your Blue-Eyes White Dragon to 3, with Flute and Lord of D. it makes for a Strong attack and defense.
As Blue-Eyes is a normal monster, a huge normal, you can bring him back from the grave in defense with Soul Resurrection.
As Horus and Masked Dragons are Fire Monsters Backfire may help as well.
Other options to consider are Red-Eyes B. Chick, Red-Eyes B. Dragon, Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon.
Black Chick can be tributed face up to bring Black Dragon from hand and you can send him to grave to Special Summon Darkness Dragon who get 300 extra attact for each Dragon in your grave.
Also, you have the Armed Dragon LV3, Lv5 and Lv7 as options.
Spirit Ryu can be useful in a Dragon Deck as you Tribute dragons from your deck to pump his attack by 1000 for each dragon.
Yeah, Dragon's are cool.
Even cooler with Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon and Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon.

The speed of this deck is broken down, by using Morphing Jar and Cyber Jar, Spirit Reaper, and Book of Moon.
Spirit Reaper can be substitued with Different Dimension Dragon to a degree.
Morphing and Cyber Jar's are great cards but they need to work in combo with the Dragons to maximise their effectiveness, or don't use them. 3 x Masked Dragon will give you speed and deck thinning.
Book of Moon is a great card but is more useful in the side deck as a Defensive card. As there are few Dragon flip effects it isn't needed with the Dragon's. In my opinion, you have the greatest speed with Lord of D. and The Flute of Summon Dragon.
The Dark-Hex Sealed Fusion at least one, may help as well as a fusion substitute with either Lord or Divine to get out a King Dragun and once they are in the Grave you can use Dragon's Mirror to remove them from play to bring out a second King Dragun. Just some food for thought!
I love my Dragon's to bits, don't have a Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8 yet so it hasn't mainstreamed my deck.
I essentially run a Red-Eyes and King Dragun deck that got me to 4th at Regionals, a Horus Deck was third.
