Just in case you haven't seen it yet (sometimes the UDE bot here can swamp the board with updates), an updated restriction list has been released, effective 3/9. In short:
Dimension Fusion is now banned.
Return from the Different Dimension is Restricted to 1.
Allure of Darkness is Semi-Limited to 2.

And yes, the TCR has been updated, so you can have RONIN / Deck Studio updated to reflect the new restrictions. Details and update details can be found here.
