Updated UDE Tournament & Yugioh Policies

I see that policy documents have been updated for UDE Tournament and Yugioh. The only thing I noticed as changed was the UDE Tournament Policy regarding shuffling to include a final cut by the owner of the deck IF the opposing player shuffles that deck. We've seen this on the judge list and now it's policy.

I believe it also has changed from the opponent MUST shuffle the deck for 10 seconds to giving an option of shuffling or cutting...though I'd have to check the hard copy of the old document to be certain.

Have you spotted any other changes in these two documents?

17. Shuffling

To guarantee fairness, each player must ensure that his or her deck is thoroughly randomized before presenting it to an opponent at the start
of any game. Players are encouraged to mix several different shuffling methods, such as pile shuffling and riffle shuffling, as they randomize
their decks.

Once a player thoroughly randomizes his or her deck, he or she must present it to the opponent, and the opponent may either shuffle the deck for at least ten seconds to further randomize it or to make one cut. If the opponent shuffles the player's deck, that player is allowed to
perform one final cut on his or her deck. If the opponent chooses to just cut, then the deck is randomized and the player may not perform any
additional shuffling or cutting.

I can live with that. It's fair, as it give the opponent a option as to knowing which one allows the player to re-cut their own Deck, and they can always just "Cut it".

I know I'm splitting hairs here but if the opponent chooses to further shuffle the deck does he have to do it for at least 10 seconds, and who's counting? I can be extremely anal at times :D

I think the point is to shuffle multiple times...rather than giving a shuffling type or number of times it gives more leeway to give a specified time...but yeah, who's counting is accurate.
