Ok lets say I Have A Vampire Lord With Premature Burial on it, my opponent summons breaker and breaks the Premature Burial, does Vampire Lord come back on my standby phase?

No, granted it was Breaker that destroyed Premature Burial, but it was Premature Burial's effect, controlled by you, that destroyed Vampire Lord. As such, it doesn't have the Appropriate trigger to be revived during the next Standby Phase.
