Translation: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except with its own effect or with "Rise of the Snake Deity". This card gains 500 ATK for each Reptile-Type monster in your Graveyard. This card cannot be targeted and is unaffected by the effects of other Monsters, Spells, and Traps. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can remove from play 1 other Reptile-Type monster from your Graveyard to Special Summon this card. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, place 1 Hyper-Venom Counter on it. When 3 Hyper-Venom Counters are on this card, you win the Duel!

4= she can atck if i have dark door in play? Dark door places the restriction on the players not the monsters. If you attack with someone else first she cant attack.

First off, we assume Vennominaga, the Deity of Poisonous Snakes is already face-up on your side of the field. That way its effects are active.

This card cannot be targeted and is unaffected by the effects of other Monsters, Spells, and Traps.

Here's the part of the text you'll be needing.

It doesn't say it can't be destroyed. It says it is unaffected by any effects at all. It turns out, though, that it can only be destroyed by battle.

So no, you can't do (a) or (b), because they're done by card effects.

Its immunity effect is only active while it is face-up on the field. You can do whatever you want to it while it's not face-up on the field.

From the ruling on Macro Cosmos:
• While "Macro Cosmos" is active on the field, monsters that are unaffected by the effects of Trap Cards (like "Elemental Hero Wildheart") are still removed from play instead of going to the Graveyard.

So yes, if Macro Cosmos, Dimensional Fissure, Banisher of the Light, etc. are active, then Vennominana will be removed from play instead of going to the Graveyard.

Level Limit - Area B will have no effect on Vennominaga. It won't be put into Defence Position (if in Attack Position), and can freely change its battle position. Level Limit - Area B doesn't stop attacks, so any Attack Position monsters can still do so (and Vennominon can be one of those Attack Position monsters).

Messenger of Peace stops YOU from attacking with your Vennominaga (assuming >1499 ATK). It doesn't stop Vennominaga itself from being able to attack (otherwise it would be immune, and still could). But since YOU can't declare an attack with it, you can't attack with Vennominaga.

Gravity Bind will have no effect on Vennominaga. Vennominaga is unaffected by this effect, and can still attack as normal.

4= she can atck if i have dark door in play?

Only if Vennominaga is the 1 monster you attack with in each of your turns. See Messenger of Peace for a similar card. The Dark Door affects PLAYERS, not monsters, so Vennominon's immunity doesn't interact with this card at all.
