vwxyz (or any other machine) + limiter removal + heavy mech

what happens if you have a machine equiped with a mech and then activate limiter removal?
surely, the mech is destroyed insted, but what happens to the machines atk?

Last I heard, the ATK doubling would remain for as long as the monster stayed face up on the field.

heavy mech does get destroy in place of the monster it is equiped to thats certian but i would think that its atk would still be doubled while it is face up!!!

sorry 4 reviving this ond stuff, but if you use limiter r + heavy mech+ vwxyz and the mech is destroied at the end phase because limiter r then wvxyz attack is reduced by 500 because it desent have heavy mech eqiped. but since the attack is doubled it loses 1000 atk right?

are you sure i thought that the monster would loose the increase caused by heavy mech when it was destroyed???

Limiter Removal freezes the ATK increase. The card is no longer getting a boost from Heavy Mech. It's ATK is now part of the effect of Limiter, not Heavy Mech. If the monster survives the turn, it's ATK is whetever Limiter boosted it to.
