When are the first big tournys with the new banlist?

When is the first big tournament like the regionals and/or the shonen jump tournaments? and on what site can I fine out which decks they used?

there was already a regionals in austin this past weekend so i'm going to head over to the pojo forum to see what was big there, oh and another regionals here in fort worth on 4-15-06 which i plan on going to with dark world
 
I asked this question cause I wanted to see what kind of decks people were playing with the new banlist in effect.
 
Well they had a regional here on Sunday. As far as decks being used they were no different from last list. Dark World was ran some but didn't do to well. The only difference in most decks were they added Mirror Force and Graceful Charity and dropped two other cards.
