The other answer that the video alluded to (which I wouldn't have allowed, by the way) relates to Notlob - the palindrome. There's Eevee and Ho-oh which are palindromes, but the best answer there was Girafarig, since it was specifically named to be a palindrome.

There is a line in the goes "I am drowning" which makes me think of Misty's Psysuck from the pokemon series. Your go Maruno!!!
 
Ah. Actually, I was going on the first line: "And you don't seem to understand".

It's a bit of a shame all Psyducks are now stereotyped based on Misty's one (which has been explicitly stated to be an odd case).

Because what's so obvious about Golduck? And the Slopoke line is just oblivious, which is different.
