whos that mokemon

You didn't quote me properly (I never said that Drifloon could Fly).

And you need to figure out what "special" means (and more importantly, what "not special" means). If something isn't special, it is...?

i altered the quote myself because you used the words they and the word and.
if it's not special it would be normal.
a normal pokemon that can fly.
a togetic
togekiss

They're both Normal and Flying. Therefore they're not normal. Plus, they both can Fly, while I said "I can fly, but I can't Fly".

I think my brain fried.

Koffing
Weezing
Interesting thinking, but they're not normal (they're Poison). But they can indeed fly but not Fly, as I stated, which is a step in the right direction.

So what I'm looking for is a Normal pokémon (not Normal/Flying or anything, just Normal on its own) that looks like it can fly, but it cannot learn the move Fly nor has the ability Levitate. Does that narrow it down some?

Oh, and "larger than life" means that the Pokédex says it's bigger than it appears in the anime (and that it's bigger than the real creature it's based on).

Find me a pokémon that fits that description.

I'd argue that those two simply cannot fly. It's never been mentioned that they could, as far as I know. Inflate, yes, but not fly.

So no.

Yeah, their wings are probably just decorative. They make them look slightly more interesting.

The pokémon I'm looking for also has wings.

It really does exist, you know. You may just not remember it, and I'm afraid any more clues may give it away.

If I said that this pokémon could pierce the Heaven, might that give you a hint?

Dunsparce it is.

"Larger than life" = The Pokédex says it's 1.5m long, which is at least twice as long as the creature it's based on (and much bigger than how it appears in the anime).

"I'm not special" = Normal.

"I can fly" = Wings, and it's said to hover above the ground.

"But I can't fly" = It can't learn the move Fly.

"Can pierce the Heaven" = reference to that quote about drills. Dunsparce has one for a tail.

Yay I win, Thank you google!!!
Anyway my clue...
I shouldn't be here but I am!!!
