im preaty sure its just your area, look for shops maybe they did or didnt order the product, but over all the product has been out for ever dude.

DR3 I wouldn't know. DR2 though, was just a plain reprint of AST and IOC---- Unless I am really off...

There is no DR3 yet, its not out and itll just be a reprint of SOD to TLM or something like that.

but basically all they do is reprint and never give nothing new just in DB1 and DB2 becuase thouse editions in japan had their cards and UDE was forced to submit. atleast its how i see it becuase when would makyura make it to the US? who knows but if it wasnt for that it would never be here.

Because the starter deck is $10 (or am I wrong?), and $1.50 for the card, plus shipping means I'd end up with a better deal just getting the SD. Besides, my girlfriend wants the Elemental Heroes, so she can have those.
