Winged Kuriboh LV10 Effect Speed Question..

If I were to use Winged Kuriboh LV10 self-tributing effect, what Spell Speed is that? Could I use it in response to Ring of Destruction's or Special Hurricane's destroying Winged Kuriboh LV10?

What I'm trying to ask is I want to use Winged Kuriboh LV10's effect against someone destroying it with a Quick-Play or Trap. Would Winged Kuriboh LV10's effect resolve before it's destroyed or would it never even be activated?

Dont forget, Winged Kuriboh LV10 can only be activated in the Battle Phase, so most of the time, if your opponent isnt using Ring of Destruction in his Main Phase 1 or 2, he surely isnt going to wait until the Battle Phase in order to allow Winged Kuriboh LV10 to blow up the world.

But, that's just "my" thoughts. I'm sure there is someone out there who would.

Trick is to just play Transcendent Wings in response to the last possible move your opponent makes before he hits the battle phase just to annoy him and then sacrifice LV10 to really upset the guy. By simply doing that then you cant exactly get caught by too many traps. Most people forget to activate half their cards in the battle phase unless they actively affect their monsters ability to attack and defend.
