Winged Kuriboh LV10

Since the Winged Kuriob card did come i have always want to build a deck around it. But can't come up with a descent idea how to make it. It could not only be build for the use of Winged Kuriboh LV10. It need's more good card's that should work with it. Please post your idea's.

Personally, I would not bother. It is at best used in a Jaden themed Deck. The card is cool and all, but without The Flute of Summoning Kuriboh the Deck is just not worth it in the long run. Other than combining it with a Fairy-Type Deck I really see nothing else for it. You could set the Winged Kuriboh, but you only have that 1 surprise left. Your opponent is not going to expect 2 Quick-Play Spell Card combination to hurt him or her so much.

Here is a Winged Kuriboh Deck someone posted back in November. My biggest concern with that particular build was the lack of defense and getting the right cards at the right time before getting killed. That might give you some ideas of where to start.

Nkarunitilaka had a decent build with Fairy-Types that he had planned on adding Winged Kuriboh LV10 to. Not sure if went forward with it.

Yeh... But do any of you have a idea what card's that could be used ? Like Agent or other cards like GK.

Well, Sanctuary in the Sky isn't the card you want to depend on, but it could be very useful with Winged Kuriboh. That in itself leads you down the Agent road.

But I was thinking that since Winged Kuriboh (and possibly Shining Angel) tend to go to the grave quickly, that you would have some synergy between either Mudora or Soul of Purity and Light. Then you can just keep squeezing the usefulness out of the fuzzballs.

Or you can get nuts and have 3 Winged Kuriboh L.10, 3 Ante, 3 Lava Golem, ect and just go for an overall burn kind of thing.

Hmm... The Agent's could be used. But I have never liked them. But I should give them a try. Going to make a deck list with some of the card's that I could use and post it here. Mudora is a good option if I'm using Fairy's. But Soul of Purity and Light could maybe be used.

Im kind of liking the Lava Golem idea, now that I mentioned it. I only have 1 of each Winged Fuzzball and 2 T. Wings, but its kind of inspiring...and sounds like fun

Well, I suppose they could, but why? How would they support the goal of getting Winged Kuriboh L.10's effect to trigger?

It would seem that by doing that you would be severly altering the design and making the Winged Kuriboh crew just splash cards.

Honestly? I don't know. I only have 1 Winged Kuriboh and 1 L.10 myself. I have been tossing the idea around, kind of like yourself, but I haven't found anything that really seems valid yet. If I do, I promise to run it by you and get your opinion on it, though.

At the moment Im thinking that since summoning L.10 is so difficult, that perhaps something that takes advantage of its level might have some merit. Thats why I was thinking of Ante.

Its definitely a tricky concept. But that sounds perfect for someone who has Greed as their avatar.

And it is a cool card. The tricky part of making a Winged Kuriboh deck is that it could not work be it selves... It need's some support if it should fail. Maybe use some other Lv card's?

Will not use lava golem becuse I hate burn...

( Maybe not at all the time but that is a card that have destroyd to much for me. !!! )

Not a problem. Its the Fiender in me that makes me suggest Golem.

though hating burn is kind of ironic when you think about L.10's effect and Greed's effect

but I gotta give you props on even having a Greed deck. I fell in love with it after I pulled 6 from SOD.

Metamorphasis could only be used when L.10 is on the field, and even then it only brings out Cyber End Dragon or UFORoid Fighter (which would be useless)

I was browsing through Ronin though and passed by Lighten the Load and A Deal with Dark Ruler. Perhaps something involving Berserk Dragon is a bit too unrealistic, but it does sound fun!

2x Winged Kuriboh LV10
3x Winged Kuriboh
2x Trandescent Wings

But how many of the A deal with Dark ruler?

Lol... Couldn't I use Metamorphios on Winged LV10 and the chain it with A deal with Dark Ruler?

yep, you sure could.

I would put 2 Berserk and 2/3 Deal in there. And of course, 3 Lighten the Load is absolutely necessary. L.10 and Berserk can be drawn out of the deck, so there is no reason to ever keep them in your hand when you can put them at the bottom of the deck for later.

of course, the neat thing about A Deal with Dark Ruler is, you don't have to chain it. More over, being a QP, you can activate it during your Battle Pahse. I would suggest, should your opponent have some set S/T, Metamorphing your WK LV10 for Cyber End, attacking, then, even if something should happen to it, you can still play A Deal with Dark Ruler, get out your Berserk Dragon and hit your apponent again. You guys are onto something, realy good! In a bad sort of way.

Let's see, you will need something to help bring out Winged Koriboh, Obviously Sangen, but what about some Shining Angels to go with the Fairy motif? (It's too bad Koitsu is a Water Fairy, another easy to get out 10* would be good too). Other than that, you'll need to maintain some kind of hand, so maybe Skelengel?

I worry about these Nomis being difficult to summon. Some persistent buggers like Spirit Reaper and the Unhappy Girl.

Toss in some Fiend Kuribohs and you have an easy method for adding Chaos Scorceror.

I have little time today, but I will think on it.
