When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, select 1 monster with a DEF of 1500 or less from your Deck, show it to your opponent, and add it to your hand. Then shuffle your Deck.

And here's perhaps the only searcher better than "Sangan". She can find any strong monster in the game as long as their DEF is 1500 or below. She's a must in almost every deck. Everything that was said about Sangan can be said about the Witch about how useful she is. She's even a part of *2* fusions (though someone want to explain to me how if you fuse 2 women, you get "Musician King"? A Guy!?) "Witch" also can't slip under Gravity Bind and Level Limit - Area B like the way Sangan can. But still, she is usually better choice. Unfortunately between the 2 of them, she's more likely to stay on the banned list. Here's hoping though.

well densetsu, i dont know... she is probably more likely to stay on the banned list, youre right, but think of all the new monsters coming out with like, really high DEF's and low ATK's. and a few of the really annoying and heavy cards are only sanganable (dd warrior lady... ok maybe not).

but its true- witch can easily fetch breaker, TIV, all those big beatdown monsters, etc. and again, if either she or sangan come back (or both O.O) emissary HAS to be limited or semi limited... imagine, instant exodia....

artwork is cool, though i never understood the third eye thats like, vertical and mismatched, as well as the eye on her chest... oO its like, freakin me out man... (as well as the musician king thing.... thats just wrong)

I doubt "Emissary of the Afterlife" will be restricted at all since both players get the effect (it's just not my fault you don't run normal monsters). Also "EotA" doesn't have a way to be searched outside of "Painful Choice" or "Different Dimension Capsule" (neither of which are overly effective). Also, the likelyhood of drawing Witch, Sangan and all 3 EotA is about the same as... drawing Exodia. I understand the logic but it's not as simple as you are thinking.

Doesn't matter how many new monsters come out, there's still a ton of old monsters that make this card broken, and I hope it stays banned.

Your guess is as good as mine. Some of these fusions are REALLY wierd considering what parts make them up. I still can't see how a robotic wolf and a bomb throwing beachball can make a 'Labyrinth tank'. Though Musician King is probably the wierdest for that very reason. Indeed, how CAN fusing two female monsters make a male monster? Don't get me started on terrible- looking fusions like the one between Blowback dragon and Barrel Dragon.

Amen to that. Although I would greatly take advantage of her in my deck (only three monsters can't be searched by her) there just too many monsters out there (many really powerful in terms of effect) that benefit her effect.
